Stand by the side of LGBT

There was a piece of news recently that Same-sex marriage has been legal in Finland since 1 March 2017. Previously, since 2002, registered partnerships had been available for same-sex couples, which provided the same rights and responsibilities as marriage for opposite-sex couples, except e.g. adoption rights. I am glad to see that Finland is will to make changes and accept new stuff in order to protect rights of the homosexual.

However, in China LGBT group has been treated differently from long time. Many Chinese regard them as patient. It is weird that people always think it is disease when something new and different appears. I have several friends who are homosexual. one of them was threatened by his parents that they would no longer regard him as their only son if he come out. Thus he has gone to France for study and try to stay abroad, where he could be accepted and respected.

For me, I do not have any prejudice on LGBT and I support them. I honor them because they find what they truly are and they are brave to accept themselves even tell the world who they are. This group of people is supposed to be respected, not discriminated.
